Camping Internazionale Etruria di Ceni, Poggiali & c. sas, as the Data Controller, hereby informs you (hereinafter referred to as the "data subject"), pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "Regulation"), that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:
1. Purpose of the processing
To quickly assess the reliability and authenticity of your identity and provide you with the requested information.
2. Legal basis and data provision
The legal bases for the processing referred to in point 1 are the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in assessing received requests, the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request, or the execution of a contract to which you are a party. Failure to provide your contact details would only result in our staff being unable to respond to your requests.
Providing data such as "city" and "mobile phone number" is optional; however, this information may help us handle your request more efficiently. Failure to provide them will not result in any further consequences.
3. Data retention period
Your data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill your request and, in any case, not beyond the time limits established by specific legal obligations.
4. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data will be processed by authorized personnel, properly trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.
Additionally, your data may be processed by third parties providing auxiliary services, such as communication services, email, website technical management, and IT service providers.
Such parties will receive only the data strictly necessary for carrying out their tasks and commit to using it solely for the purposes indicated above and in compliance with applicable privacy laws. An updated list of all recipients is available upon written request to the Data Controller.
5. Data subject rights
You are also informed that, with respect to your data, you may exercise your rights at any time as provided under CHAPTER III of the Regulation (including, for example, the right to request access to your personal data, rectification or deletion, integration of incomplete data, restriction of processing, or to object to its use, in whole or in part) by writing to the contact details provided below or via email to: info@campeggioetruria.net.
Pursuant to Article 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing violates the Regulation.
